Eagle Springs is located northeast of Houston eight miles from Beltway 8. Atascocita Road and Highway 59 connect to Beltway 8, and Will Clayton Parkway connects to George Bush Intercontinental Airport nine miles away. Major grocery stores are less than three miles away, and Deerbrook Mall and Atascocita Commons are nearby.
Eagle Springs is home to three picturesque lakes, four parks and miles of connecting bike and hike trails. Numerous area golf courses include Clubs of Kingwood, Newport Golf Club, Golf Club of Houston, Tour 18 Houston, and Walden on Lake Houston Golf and Country Club. Lake Houston provides boating, water skiing, and jet skiing with camping and hiking facilities available at Lake Houston Park.
The Island Club at Lake Montage features a swimming pool with a water park and slide. Hospitals in the area include Memorial Hermann Northeast in Humble, a non-profit, acute care hospital with 255 beds. Nine satellite locations offer walk-in minor emergency care and radiology. Kingwood Medical Center offers a full range of services from 350 physicians, and Humble Pediatric Associates offers children’s healthcare in affiliation with Texas Children's Pediatric Associates.
