With prior experience in New Home sales and a solid knowledge of construction and remodel methods, she is also uniquely positioned to help buyers looking for Resale, New Construction or a Remodel in any market. She also finds this experience helpful with her sellers. Nicole's ongoing education and training allows her to best represent buyers and sellers; as does utilizing new technology in her business with her ongoing education. Nicole is a Certified Relocation Professional, Certified Luxury Home Professional and a Preferred Real Estate Professional with the Veterans Land Board (VLB).

Family is Nicole's biggest love! Her husband has successfully worked in the Home building industry since 2001 and is also a proud decorated combat Veteran who served with the 2nd Ranger Battalion in Ft. Lewis Washington. Her son is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Science and is in Industrial Commercial Construction in the DFW region of Texas and currently working on assignment in California. Her daughter is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the University of North Texas Health Science Center with her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She and her husband (a Pediatrician) currently live in North Carolina. Nicole is also a grandparent as of 2023 to her sweet T whom she adores. When not helping clients, Nicole loves traveling and her two dogs Apple & Deuce.
